További egy évig érvényes a menedékesek okmánya

Tisztelt Érdeklődők!

 

Az orosz-ukrán háború elől menekülő, Magyarország által menedékesként elismert külföldi állampolgárok tartózkodási engedély okmányainak érvényességi ideje a 30/2024. (II. 22.) Korm. rendelet 3. §-a értelmében automatikusan 2025. március 4-ére módosul.

 

A fenti jogszabályhely értelmében függetlenül attól, hogy a 2024. március 4-ét megelőzően kiállított menedékes tartózkodási okmányon 2023. vagy 2024. március 4. szerepel érvényességi időként, az okmány érvényessége a jogszabály erejénél fogva 2025. március 4. napja.

 

Ezen okmányokkal kapcsolatban az érintetteknek nincs további teendője.

 

Kérjük, kísérjék figyelemmel Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság weboldalán a Hírek menüpontot, ahol a menekültügyi hatóság naprakész információkkal szolgál az érdeklődők számára.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Дійсність документа тимчасового  захисту

                  продовжується ще на один рік!

 

                  Шановні Громадяни,

 

Прибувші до Угорщини внаслідок російсько української війни,які розпоряджаються виданим й завіреним Угорщиною документом тимчасового захисту,що посвідчує особу та право на проживання , автоматично змінюється термін на  2025.03.04. року

B зв‘язку з Державним Законом 3. §-a 30/2024. (ІІ.22.) 

Відповідно і завдяки вищеописаному закону, немає різниці,що на ваших документах термін дійсності закінчується у 2023.03.04 році,у 2024.03.04 році тобто для біженців видані документи ,в звязку з законодавством продовжуються бути дійсними до 2025.03.04.

 

Надалі з цими документами вам нічого не потрібно робити.

Dear Client,

 

Please be informed that the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter: Directorate-General) called Enterhungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is experiencing a temporary slowdown due to increased client interest in recent times. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and the availability of the electronic payment system is limited.

 

The colleagues of the Directorate-General are working on the troubleshooting and after the full recovery of the service, a notification will be published on the website of the Directorate-General.

 

The procedural fee of applications already submitted may be paid via bank transfer, postal cheque, or in person at client services with a bank card – indicating the EH (Enterhungary) case number.

 

The Directorate-General can only consider payments transferred to the following bank account number: 10023002-00283511-02000006.

 

It is important for the identification of the applications that in case of bank transfer or postal cheque payment only one procedural fee shall be paid at once. In both cases it is important to indicate in the comment section the EH case number that the application is registered on.

 

We kindly apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction of the electronic application platform.
