Évértékelő értekezlet az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóságon

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság 2023. február 27-én tartotta a 2022. évben végzett munkát értékelő értekezletet, amelynek elöljárója dr. Bolcsik Zoltán, a Belügyminisztérium rendészeti államtitkára volt. Dr. Halmosi Zsolt r. altábornagy főigazgató összegezte a tavalyi év legfontosabb feladatait, illetve kihívásait.

 

Altábornagy úr kiemelte, hogy az elmúlt évben az orosz-ukrán háború okozta menekült válság kezelése, és ebből eredően a Főigazgatóságra háruló többletfeladatok ellátása rendkívüli mértékben megemelte a munkaterheket, és ez olyan kihívást jelentett az OIF részére, amely gyors és hatékony reagálást igényelt.

 

Beszámolt arról is, hogy a Főigazgatóság a korábbi évekhez hasonlóan 2022-ben is prioritásként határozta meg az illegális migráció visszaszorítása mellett, a legális migrációnak az ország érdekei szerint történő támogatását. Továbbra is kiemelt feladatot jelentett a Főigazgatóság ellenőrzési szerepének hangsúlyossága és a közbiztonság fenntartásában történő közreműködés.

 

Főigazgató úr bemutatta az előző év fontosabb statisztikai adatait mind az idegrendészet, mind a menekültügy vonatkozásában. A beszámoló zárásaként feladatokat határozott meg a 2023-as évre.

A rendezvényen államtitkár úr elismerően értékelte a Főigazgatóság elmúlt évi tevékenységét, megköszönte az állomány munkáját. Értékelését feladatszabással zárta.

Dear Clients and Visitors,

 

Please be informed that you may request the issuance of your residence permit under transitional provisions of the new aliens policing legislation on the admission and residence of third-country nationals for one of the legal titles as per the new aliens policing legislation if you are a holder of a valid residence permit under the previous legislation. Please note that only applications for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted in person or via the Enter Hungary system. The extension of a residence permit is not allowed under the transitional rules. An application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted 45 days before the date of expiry of the residence permit the soonest. In case of residence permits expiring between 1 March 2024 and 1 April 2024, an application for the issuance of a residence permit is to be submitted the latest on the last day within the validity period of the residence permit concerned.
