Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az Ukrajnából érkező kérelmezőkkel kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság felhívja a figyelmet, hogy a korábbiaktól eltérően, az Ukrajnából menekülők a Budapest, Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálati irodán a továbbiakban kizárólag hétköznap, nyitvatartási időben nyújthatják be menedékes kérelmüket.

 

A Főigazgatóság ügyfélszolgálatára való érkezés előtt javasoljuk, hogy előzetesen töltsék fel elektronikusan adataikat, melyet megtehetnek a „Menedekes” applikáción vagy az Enter Hungary felületén keresztül. Az applikációt letölthető az OIF honlapjáról. Az adatok elektronikus megküldésével gyorsul az ügyintézés, így a személyes megjelenést követően, már csak az adatok ellenőrzése, a fénykép és ujjnyomat rögzítése szükséges.

A honlapunkon továbbra is folyamatosan frissítjük a háború elől érkezőknek szóló három nyelven elérhető tájékoztatatóinkat.

 

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán háború kitörése óta – 2022. május 13. 6.00 órai adatok alapján - eddig 21 320 menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált. A kérelmek elbírálása folyamatos, határidőn belül történik, eddig 11 647 fő esetében született elismerő döntés.

Dear Clients and Visitors,

 

Please be informed that you may request the issuance of your residence permit under transitional provisions of the new aliens policing legislation on the admission and residence of third-country nationals for one of the legal titles as per the new aliens policing legislation if you are a holder of a valid residence permit under the previous legislation. Please note that only applications for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted in person or via the Enter Hungary system. The extension of a residence permit is not allowed under the transitional rules. An application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted 45 days before the date of expiry of the residence permit the soonest. In case of residence permits expiring between 1 March 2024 and 1 April 2024, an application for the issuance of a residence permit is to be submitted the latest on the last day within the validity period of the residence permit concerned.
