Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság tájékoztatása az Ukrajnából érkező kérelmezőkkel kapcsolatosan

A hétvégén folyamatosan érkeztek az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság budapesti Harmat utcai ügyfélszolgálatára az orosz-ukrán konfliktus elől menekülők, többségében harmadik országbeli állampolgárok. A határmenti gyűjtőpontok mellett 2 nap alatt a budapesti ügyfélszolgálatunkon közel 200 ügyfél jelent meg.

Munkatársaink megemelt létszámmal folyamatosan rögzítik a külföldiek adatait és kérelmeit, hogy a szükséges tartózkodásra jogosító okmányokkal lássák el a segítséget kérőket.

Abban az esetben, ha a belépő személy nem rendelkezik a jogszerű tartózkodás feltételeivel, úgy a határmenti gyűjtőpontokon vagy az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság ügyfélszolgálati irodáin idegenrendészeti eljárás keretében kaphat ideiglenes tartózkodási igazolást. Az eljárás keretében 2022. február 24. óta az eddig kiállított ideiglenes tartózkodásra jogosító igazolások száma már közel 10 0000 volt.

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán konfliktus kezdete óta, a 2022. március 14. 6:00 órai adatok alapján 2361 menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált.

Please be informed that you may request the issuance of your residence permit under transitional provisions of the new aliens policing legislation on the admission and residence of third-country nationals for one of the legal titles as per the new aliens policing legislation if you are a holder of a valid residence permit under the previous legislation. Please note that only applications for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted in person or via the Enter Hungary system. The extension of a residence permit is not allowed under the transitional rules. An application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted 45 days before the date of expiry of the residence permit the soonest. In case of residence permits expiring between 1 March 2024 and 1 April 2024, an application for the issuance of a residence permit is to be submitted the latest on the last day within the validity period of the residence permit concerned.
