Please be advised that from Monday, March 23, 2020, we will only receive clients with new appointments at customer service points.
Due to the current situation caused by the epidemic, from Monday, March 23, 2020, the previously reserved appointments will be cancelled for all customer service points.
Personal administration is possible ONLY in urgent and duly justified cases and only by a new appointment booked.
We will not be able to receive clients without a new appointment booked.
Please be advised that you can manage the following cases online at https://enterhungary.gov.hu/eh/:
- issuing and renewing residence permits (16 types)
- registration certificate for EEA nationals
- residence card and permanent residence card for third-country national family member of EEA national
- interim permanent residence permit (first application only)
- temporary residence permit (”Working Holiday”)
- student mobility
- start and termination of employment
- notification of cancellation of employment
- change of address
- short-term mobility certificate of researchers
- birth of a third-country national child in Hungary
We kindly ask you NOT to use EnterHungary during the state of emergency for the following cases:
- application for national permanent residence permit
- application for EC permanent residence permit
- request for official endorsement of invitation letter
