Hiánypótló interkulturális szakmai kézikönyv jelent meg

A 2011-ben és 2013-ban megvalósított Interkulturális képzések sikerét követően a 2014/15-ös években tovább folytatódik a Hivatal munkatársainak szakmai felkészítése, amely során interkulturális ismeretek és kompetenciák kerülnek átadásra. A fenti képzés kiegészítése céljából idén először olyan szakmai kézikönyv is publikálásra került, amely az kultúraközi kommunikációt kifejezetten magyar migráns specifikus nézőpontból mutatja be.

 

A hiánypótló szakkönyv a Bevándorlási és Állampolgársági Hivatal által, az Európai Integrációs Alap 2012. évi allokációja társfinanszírozásával, az „Interkulturális képzés vidéki ügyintézők részére” című, EIA/2012/3.7.2. számú projekt keretében került megszerkesztésre.

 

A szakkönyv az általános ismeretanyagon túl a képzés során az ügyintézők által felvetett problémákra, élethelyzetekre is reagál. Ezért a szakmai anyagban külön egység tárgyalja a magyarországi kínaiak helyzetét és a jelenlétükkel kapcsolatos hazai beidegződéseket, illetve külön fejezet foglalkozik az arab népcsoport kommunikációs sajátosságával és jellemző névhasználati szokásaival.

 

A szakkönyvet a fenti előadássorozaton részt vett előadók (az ELTE Interkulturális Pszichológiai és Pedagógiai Központ, Sémi Filológiai és Arab Tanszék, Konfucius Intézet oktatói) a képzés tematikája és tapasztalatai alapján, a tananyag felhasználásával állították össze.

 

Figyelemmel arra, hogy a megfelelő interkulturális kommunikáció, az arab és kínai bevándorlókkal való megfelelő bánásmód, a velük kialakított jó kapcsolat nemcsak az ügyintézést, és a hivatalos közeg megítélését, de hosszú távon a harmadik országbeli állampolgárok beilleszkedését, integrációját is elősegíti, az interkulturális képzés résztvevőin túl a Hivatal valamennyi munkatársa, illetőleg a téma iránt érdeklődő, honlapot látogatók számára is biztosítani kívánjuk a kézikönyvhöz elektronikus formában történő hozzáférést.

 

A kézikönyv a szakterületen dolgozó kollégákon túl minden érdeklődőnek ajánlott, aki szeretné megérteni, hogy a mindennapi kultúraközi érintkezésekben miért történnek sokszor nem szándékolt félreértések és miért nem elegendő a közvetlen emberi kommunikációt szimplán egy nyelv helyes használataként értelmezni.

    Family members of a Hungarian national are:
    • the spouse of a Hungarian national;
    • the minor child (including adopted and foster children) of a Hungarian spouse where the spouse has parental custody;
    • a person having and exercising parental custody of a Hungarian minor child and living in the same household as the Hungarian national


    Family members of an EEA national are:
    • the spouse of an EEA national;
    • the descendants of an EEA national and those of the spouse of an EEA national who are under the age of 21 years or are dependents;
    • the dependent ascendents of an EEA national and those of the spouse of an EEA national, as well as
    • any person whose entry and residence has been authorised by the competent immigration authority as a family member;
    • the partner with whom the EEA national has entered into a registered partnership before the relevant Hungarian authority or the authority of another Member State of the European Union



    Council Directive 2003/109/EC of 25 November 2003 concerning the status of third-country nationals who are long-term residents
    The Council Directive 2003/109/EC determines:
    (a) the terms for conferring and withdrawing long-term resident status granted by a Member State in relation to third-country nationals legally residing in its territory, and the rights pertaining thereto; and
    (b) the terms of residence in Member States other than the one which conferred long-term status on them for third-country nationals enjoying that status.
