Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság már az orosz-ukrán háború kezdete óta éjjel-nappal jelen van a határmentén kialakított gyűjtőpontokon és segíti a háború elől menekülők regisztrálását és tájékoztatását, szorosan együttműködve a társszervekkel.

A kezdetek óta több mint ezer menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált a hatóságunk. A Főigazgatóság folyamatosan azon dolgozik, hogy a tömegek áramlásának megfelelően csoportosítsa át mind a humán mind az eszköz erőforrását, ezáltal is hatékonyabbá és gyorsabbá téve a regisztrációt, hogy aztán szükséges tartózkodásra jogosító okmányokkal lássa el a háború elől menekülőket.

Múlt hét óta egyre nagyobb számban keresik fel budapesti és dunántúli ügyfélszolgálatunkat is, ahol szintén emelt létszámban dolgoznak kollégáink, az ügyfélfogadási időn kívül is. Az OIF a menedékeskénti kérelmek regisztrálásán túl, mindezidáig több ezer harmadik országbeli állampolgárnak nyújtott tájékoztatást és adott ki részükre ideiglenes tartózkodásra jogosító igazolást.

A hatósági munkavégzés mellett a pályaudvarokon is jelen vannak munkatársaink az első vonat érkezésétől az utolsóig és a társszervekkel szorosan együttműködve segítik a határról érkezők informálását, koordinálását és minden egyéb szükséges feladatot ellátnak.

Mindemellett az OIF honlapjára is felkerült egy részletes, három nyelvű (magyar, angol, ukrán) tájékoztató az Ukrajnából menekülők részére.

Dear Clients and Visitors,

 

Please be informed that you may request the issuance of your residence permit under transitional provisions of the new aliens policing legislation on the admission and residence of third-country nationals for one of the legal titles as per the new aliens policing legislation if you are a holder of a valid residence permit under the previous legislation. Please note that only applications for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted in person or via the Enter Hungary system. The extension of a residence permit is not allowed under the transitional rules. An application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted 45 days before the date of expiry of the residence permit the soonest. In case of residence permits expiring between 1 March 2024 and 1 April 2024, an application for the issuance of a residence permit is to be submitted the latest on the last day within the validity period of the residence permit concerned.
