Order of reception of visitors in transit zones

The person requesting recognition is entitled to receive a visitor in the transit zone (for example, a relative) at a pre-agreed appointment. Receiving a visitor on working days during office hours or on a public holiday may take place in the proper working hours.

Receiving a visitor can only be done with an entry permit.
This request must be sent to the central e-mail address of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) at least 5 working days before the scheduled visit. The application for an entry permit must contain the details of the person wishing to enter (name, place of birth and time, mother's name, identification number), the name of the person requesting recognition who you want to vist, the name of the transit zone and the planned date of the visit.

The issue of an entry permit within 5 working days of receipt of an application may only be made if the visitor in his application for entry permits provides the necessary data and information in full.
